有幸參與2020-2021年度仁濟醫院院屬幼稚園/幼兒中心教育研討會，主持「樂對逆境 專業成長」工作坊。
雖然面對疫情，但喜與校長及其專業的老師團隊一起「樂對逆境」，一同努力研究、測試，最終順利完成首次以ZOOM及實體混合模式的工作坊，為百多名身處不同地方的幼兒老師分享「成長思維」。
